O R D E R :

In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference cited above, it is proposed to conduct State Level INSPIRE Science Exhibition on from 10^th September to 12^th September, 2012 at Acharya Satyendranath Bose Pranganam, V.R. College, Trunk Road, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District.

In this connection, various committees with the following personnel are constituted for the smooth conduct of the programme. The head of the institution concerned is herewith instructed to relieve the specified candidates well in advance so as to enable them to appear before the District Educational Officer at 10::00 AM on 09^th September, 2012. Further, the individuals have to stay at the venue on all the days of exhibition. So, they should make all preparations like blankets, etc for their stay. Residential arrangements and food arrangements will be provided by the undersigned at the venue.
